Dr. Michael Knox completed his doctoral training in Clinical Psychology and a post-doctoral fellowship in Neuropsychology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. Neuropsychological evaluation is used to help characterize the patient’s cognitive deficits, provide treatment recommendations for the patient and their family, assist with differential diagnosis and determine the potential presence and impact of co-morbid psychiatric illness.
Neuropsychology is used to assess patients with traumatic brain injury, concussion, stroke, aneurysm, dementia, epilepsy and others.
